Roxolani riders are aggressive horsemen who seek glory and wealth through daring military endeavours. To achieve this, they go into the fray with kontos lance and longsword.

Description

The Raukhsalantæ were among the vanguard of the Sauromatian tribes and as such they acted as warriors or mercenaries most of their time. Raiding is essential for them, for it provides them with income and valuable information for larger incursions. These men live by reputation and deeds; when not fighting they generally hunt or compete in games on horseback.

Galvanised by their successes, they have developed a rather aggressive form of warfare, which involves an all-out charge, followed by brutal melee, during which these warriors display their skills wielding longswords. However, they are not as heavily armoured as richer Sauromatæ, and if their initial clash does not win the day, they should disengage and regroup before suffering large casualties.
